2010 - as we approached Srinagar, Kashmir we found ourselves in an area of serious unrest, with a curfew in place in the City. Sunil and his team successfully guided us around the curfew area to the safety of a beautiful houseboat on Dal Lake on the outskirts of Srinagar where we were unaffected by the troubles going on around us.
Value for money, we found Purebiketours very competitive and we would highly recommend Sunil and the Purebiketours team for a biking experience of a lifetime.

We enjoyed the trip immensely and have already highly recommended it to others. Stunning scenery, great company, great food "challenging "riding at times on the Enfield’s, a real adventure. Even the weather co - operated and all that wet weather gear was never needed!
Scenery /riding 10/10.

I loved the variety of places we stayed, all with their unique peculiarities.
Some of the best situations where created in what could be considered the worst of environments (Dhaba’s - on-road eateries - that would never achieve Michelin star status). Some of the group started selecting “tea stops” by the appearance of a Dhaba and “Jam Toast” will keep a smile on my face for the rest of my days and is worthy of a TV comedy sketch and even the ”tough chicken” in Kargil is memorable. I still cannot believe you can get chicken that tough.
Experiences on the tour make the difference between just existing and living. If everything was perfect then the tour would just be an extension to your day to day existence. The support team was second to none, the crew were always ready if there was a hint of a problem, always keen to help and there was never a need to ask.

Unbelievable!
Lifetime ambition to see the Himalayas with views hard to describe, but truly awesome and constantly changing - a different world. Roads unpredictable and challenging. The North Circular will seem tame in comparison to the Indian style of driving.
After the initial reservations after first day on the Royal Enfield, have come to appreciate their ruggedness in taking a lot punishment and still keep going...

You may have heard about the Himalayas or you may have seen pictures or programmes on TV. But being there and seeing them with your own eyes and feeling the atmosphere for yourself is something else. Don’t expect a cosy ride, its challenging and tiring. But that’s what makes it an even more rewarding experience.
Memories of riding through icy cold rivers, paddling in mud, spine jarring bumps and numb bums – unbelievable landscapes, bustling mountains towns, quaint villages and cows eating produce off the market stalls,. All different to what you will ever experience normally.

Once in a lifetime adventure – How can we top this?
Truly humbled by the Himalayas...
No amount of training could have prepared me for the Indian roads (if you can call them roads) on or technically off-road riding at its very best and extremely challenging. The skills I have learned over the past two weeks will stay with me a lifetime. The memories of this great adventure will never fade, but hopefully the bruises will...TBC!
PS.
Word of warning to all lady riders - wear a extra support bra even if you are flat chested.

Was hard work at times due to the terrain. But certainly worth the effort. Excellent. Thanks for a fantastic tour. Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations, the accommodation, the scenery, the food all was brilliant. I would like to thank the guides and backup team for making it such a memorable trip. They were really friendly and helpful, and mixed in with our group having a laugh and a joke. In summary it was not a just a holiday but an adventure with friends old and new...
