Our belief is that a successful expedition is only unique if the service we provide is unsurpassable and is beneficial both for our clients and for the local people who work with us. Tourism is a significant factor for the regions in which our adventures take place – being an important source of income for local communities. Keeping our riding groups small, we minimise pollution, noise, congestion and wastage. Protecting and conserving natural resources, benefitting local communities both socially and economically.Our conservation endeavours are also part and parcel of our office environment in the UK. We hold-back on paper usage wherever possible – for example postal bookings, printing of invoices and tickets, postal communications and most importantly luxuriously colourful brochures. Our user-friendly website contains comprehensive information on all our activities and 99.9% of all our client communication is done via telephone and emails, allowing us the ability to continuously improve customer service.
